Secondly, don’t miss out on the “No See-Ums”... properties that aren’t visible in the listings. In any given market, there are a number of homes that can be purchased by a willing buyer, but aren’t seen in listings or other media, hence the “no see-um” label.
The category includes withdrawn or expired listings which the seller will still accept offers on, foreclosures and bank owned properties, homes for sale by owners, and any number of “pocket listings”... properties where an owner has told me or another Realtor “I’d sell my property if...”. As a full time Realtor actively involved in the Dyersburg and NW Tennessee market on a daily basis, I make it my business to find, know about, and investigate these “no see-ums”.
